Handstand Push-up Getting Closer

I’m feeling much more in control on the way down. I was off-balance when I tried to push-up but I figured I might get lucky and have it work out. I know I’m still not there but I’m very happy with my progress. Interestingly, by practicing the HSPU I feel much more comfortable in my handstand, and some chronic wrist pain has dissipated greatly. I wonder what other moves have a similar effect – training the next progression makes the previous one easier
