If you’re struggling with the handstand pushup (like I am) then you should check out your pike pushup progress. I haven’t been doing these thinking that I was too advanced and could just work on handstand pushups directly. At least in this case, I’m realizing I need to get back to basics.
I like Greg’s video – specifically because he demonstrates badass hamstring flexibility that I keep saying I’ll work on one day but never do. Watching his pike pushup progression you can clearly see how it fits with other harder movements like the press handstand.
